The holiday season is almost here!

Get a jump start on your holiday shopping by reserving a space at one of two holiday pet portrait events. Support a local pet-oriented non-profit at the same time. I can’t wait to meet the pets and people who participate in both of these events.

The first event is on Sunday, November 3, from 9 AM – 5 PM at Green Acres Kennel Shop. Located at 1653 Union Street in Bangor. This is the fifth year that Green Acres has hosted this event. Call 207-945-6841 to reserve your session.

The second event is on Saturday, November 16, from 10 AM – 3 PM at For Dogs Boutique. Located at 251 Main Road in Holden. This is the second year that For Dogs has hosted this event. Call 207-989-7297 to reserve your session.

As a pet photographer, it’s my job to photograph pets and their families in a fun, relaxing way with heartwarming results. Each year, I get to meet excellent dogs and some cats that make me smile and create images that make their people smile.

Sessions are 20-minutes each and cost $40. Included in the cost is a $10 donation to the Furry Friends Food Bank, based out of Eastern Area Agency on Aging, a 5 x 7 gift print, and an online ordering and viewing gallery. Double Sessions are 40 minutes each for $70. No digital files are included in the sessions.

The holiday pet portrait events are a popular, fun way to not only record your pet for posterity but to kick off the holiday season. The Furry Friends Food Bank assists seniors, and people with disabilities keep pets at home by providing food and supplies. The Food Bank is supported solely by donations of dog and cat food, cat litter, and money.
